4Tik provides algorithmic analysis and AI recommendations for TikTok creators. By using our service, you agree to these terms, our read-only access model, and our subscription terms. You remain 100% owner of all your creative content.

By accessing or using 4Tik (accessible via 4tik.app and associated subdomains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Description of Services
4Tik is an AI-powered analytics software that reads publicly available video performance data via TikTok APIs to generate diagnostic reports, hook drop-off analyses, and growth recommendations. 4Tik is an independent tool and is not affiliated with ByteDance Ltd. or TikTok Inc.
3. User Accounts & Security
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You may not share your account or use 4Tik to scrape or access unauthorized third-party accounts without permission.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
- Free Tier: The Starter plan is provided free of charge with standard weekly audits.
- Creator Pro: Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel anytime from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Creator Pro subscribers.
5. AI Recommendations Disclaimer
4Tik鈥檚 recommendations are data-driven algorithmic hypotheses designed to help creators optimize retention and reach. However, social media algorithms fluctuate based on external factors, viewer sentiment, and platform updates. 4Tik does not guarantee specific viral outcomes, follower counts, or TikTok Shop GMV revenue.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to your videos, captions, and creator brand. 4Tik owns all proprietary algorithms, website design, UI components, code, and trademarks associated with the 4Tik platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our acceptable use policy, attempt to abuse API rate limits, or engage in unlawful activities.
